First winner for McKendree
McKendree, a son of Norquestor standing at Six M Farm in West River, Md., was credited with his first winner when Wild Irish Rogue was moved up to victory in a six and a half-furlong maiden race for 2-year-olds on Dec. 4 at Charles Town.

Bred and owned by Tom and Paula Haughey’s PTK LLC, which also owns McKendree, Wild Irish Rogue crossed the wire a neck behind favored Passing Lane. The stewards reversed the order of finish because of a bumping incident in midstretch.

Wild Irish Rogue was bred in Pennsylvania, out of the Wild Rush mare Wild Roan. McKendree (out of Judge Supreme, by Big Burn) won multiple stakes and earned $334,156.
